Madeline sighed out loud and pressed her face into Kumari. Her gaze traveled to to the many people around. There was Germany. She looked so strong and smart. She heard that she was actually a really good baker and had a soft spot for animals. Madeline couldn't help but to smile gently as she saw the flustered Germany dealing with the very cheerful Italy, who was hugging her arm into her chest.

This is just a Tribute.

I was watching the movie/documentary about the hockey Summit Series between Russia (The USSR) and Canada back in 1972. Then I heard something.... the original name for the series.... The.... FRIENDSHIP SERIES!
Well, two things came to mind when I heard that.
1. Russia? Canada? Hockey? FRIENDSHIP?! All in the same sentence?! LOL!
and 2. My Little Pony. Friendship is magic.

I have Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy in the stands cheering Russia and Canada on because I think the both of them are similar to their characters.

Pinkie Pie and Russia:

Why? Well, she's random, shows up out of no where, stalks others easily, can ice skate, can do a Russian dance, [link] and she can go completely insane. :3 Cupcakes anyone?

Oh, if she best resembles Russia, should that make her 'Pinko' Pie? *Gets shot*

Fluttershy and Canada:

Pretty obvious here, don't you think. She's kind, quiet, often ignored, passive aggressive, yet is shown to have great strength and explode when a line is cross.
